This Reunion Planning Committee (PC) has been meeting since January 2025 to organize and bring this event to our schoolmates. Meetings were sometimes twice a month early on. Local members met in person while others attended via video conference. Each PC member was assigned tasks and we are listing them because much effort was made by everyone AND IT WAS NOT EASY:

Southern Oaks Onsite Visit
Several of us met one fine Spring morning to check out Southern Oaks Event Venue. Southern Oaks is owned and operated by the Brett & Pam (Neal) Reeder Family and conveniently located on Hwy 378, Gilbert, SC.. Southern Oaks made it quite easy to make our event a success. We merely had to say what we needed and the rest was magic.
Planning Committee Meetings
Your reunion planning committee has worked tirelessly to coordinate all the event's moving parts. (OK, we are a bit tired.) There were times when a few of us could meet in person, while the others "tuned in" via video conferencing.
